Happywoman.coach presents the following terms of cooperation (referred to as the "terms") for all website users who are at least 18 years old or have obtained parental or guardian consent if they are under the age of 18.

1. Service and delivery process

1.1. Happywoman.coach provides users with the following services under these terms:

· Granting the users the right to use the website and access all the information presented therein for personal purposes.
· Enabling participation in webinars, contests, and other events organized by Happywoman.coach, available both on a paid and free basis.
· Delivering coaching services through conducting coaching sessions in a format mutually agreed upon between Happywoman.coach and the user.

1.2. Happywoman.coach provides a comprehensive range of services, which are outlined on the official website, Happywoman.coach. The users have the flexibility to choose and pay for services independently or collaborate with Happywoman.coach.

1.3. The scheduling of sessions, including session formats, communication methods, dates, duration, location, and specific conditions for coaching services, are mutually agreed upon by both parties. This personalized approach is designed to maximize the user's outcomes and enhance their overall experience.

1.4. In the event that a user is unable to attend a session, they are required to provide advance notice within a reasonable timeframe, but no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. Failure to attend or cancellation of a session by the user, for reasons beyond the control of Happywoman.coach, will result in the session being subject to payment. If, due to circumstances beyond the control of both parties (such as illness or internet issues), the coaching service cannot be fully or partially delivered, Happywoman.coach offers the user the opportunity to mutually agree upon an alternative date and time for the session.

1.5. If the user cancels or reschedules a coaching session less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time due to circumstances beyond the control of Happywoman.coach, the session will be considered completed and will be subject to payment.

1.6. Once an agreement is reached regarding the services to be provided and their scope, the user proceeds with payment using the chosen method. Payment must be made no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the session. Program fees are prepaid within the agreed timeframe.

1.7. The pricing for Happywoman.coach services is standardized for all users. Details of any promotions, discounts, or special conditions may be periodically released at the discretion of Happywoman.coach and are available to everyone. Once an agreement has been established with the user, the cost of services cannot be modified, unless there is a modification in the scope of the provided services or products.

1.8. The user takes responsibility for their work and achieving the agreed-upon goals, knowing that their collaboration with Happywoman.coach depends on their own efforts. Unless Happywoman.coach receives substantiated objections within 3 days after the completion of each service or product acquisition, the services are deemed appropriately rendered and accepted by the user within the agreed-upon scope. If no written remarks are given within the specified timeframe, it indicates acceptance of the service or product quality.

1.9. If the user decides to terminate the services unilaterally, a refund will be provided within 10 banking days from the date of notifying Happywoman.coach. However, the refund will be adjusted to account for the cost of the completed sessions. Additionally, if Happywoman.coach has already incurred preparatory expenses, such as transportation, venue rental, or other costs, these expenses will be deducted from the refund amount.

1.10 In the event of any disagreements or disputes, both parties will exert their best efforts to resolve them through constructive negotiations. If a mutually satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be escalated to the district court where Happywoman.coach is located for resolution.

2. Purposes of processing personal data

2.1 Happywoman.coach does not provide psychotherapeutic and therapeutic services, nor does it offer medications or other substances. All services provided by Happywoman.coach are non-medical in nature. While Happywoman.coach makes every effort to deliver quality services and works with users with special care, the responsibility for the users' health lies solely with them.

2.2 Meditations, audio recordings, and other video materials available on the Happywoman.coach website are intended exclusively for personal use. They are not a medical service and should not be used while operating a vehicle, riding a bicycle, engaging in dynamic activities, in public places, or in situations that demand full attention.

2.3. In the event of a user violating the terms of use of the Happywoman.coach website or infringing upon the rights of other users, Happywoman.coach reserves the right to protect the violated rights using all lawful means.

2.4. Happywoman.coach strictly prohibits the unauthorized use of website materials, infringement upon the intellectual property rights of Happywoman.coach and third parties, as well as any form of harassment, discrimination based on any characteristics, and the dissemination of false, misleading, or inaccurate information.

2.5. Happywoman.coach operates with transparency and honesty when providing services and expects users to provide truthful, relevant, and up-to-date information about themselves. It is important to note that the quality, relevance, and accuracy of the information provided by the user, as well as their personal efforts, directly impact the outcomes of the services.

2.6. Happywoman.coach does not offer advice, make decisions for the users, or encourage specific actions. All decisions, actions, and their consequences are the sole responsibility of the user. The information provided by Happywoman.coach is strictly for informational purposes and should not be construed as a call to take specific actions.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Happywoman.coach and its partners own all the rights to the website, its content, and materials, as protected by the law. Using the website and agreeing to the terms of use does not grant the user any rights to the website content, such as audiovisual works, text, graphics, and trademarks.
